What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, preferred dates, group size, and whatever you tell us about the session you're after.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a session. Nothing else.

How it's handled

Submissions are sent to us by email and are not stored in a database or kept anywhere else on our systems. The only third party involved is our transactional email provider, used solely to deliver your message to us. It is never used to contact you directly or for marketing.

Sharing

Your details are not shared, sold, or used for marketing.

You can ask to see, correct, or have your enquiry deleted at any time by emailing hello@redfell.uk.
